1) Converter - Transmission oil system leak
|
1.Sump and tank leaking joints, due to uneven force bolt lock or bolt locking wrong order, or damage caused by a rubber gasket seal。
2. Before the gearbox, rear output shaft seal is damaged, resulting in oil leakage in the hands of the brake drum。
3. When the guide wheel torque converter seal rotating seat at the damage, gearbox oil will go to start the motor or engine crankcase, such as the generation of this phenomenon should be replaced rotary seals。

2) Drive axle assembly (including differential, final drive shaft)
|
1.Suspected leak, check the oil level. Axle differential oil level in the middle of plugs at the final drive oil level plug carrier at。
2. Drive axle have sound, you should check the disintegration of engagement after the disintegration of the size of the contact area of spiral bevel gear should be re-adjusted to the optimal solution。
3. The differential assembly and axle joints pad of paper, after the disintegration of inspection should be replaced, do not re-use, and it should be re-locking bolts。

3) Bucket blade and bucket teeth wear
|
Found blade wear more than 10mm, fighting tooth wear than the front teeth 1/4 length, it must be given to replace, such as bucket teeth missing, should be immediately filled。

4) Work gear pump (or steering gear pump, seal replace damaged units are required)
|
1.Hydraulic oil tank went to work the gearbox should be replaced or steering gear pump gear pump oil seal。
2. Gearbox oil tank should be replaced went to change gear pump hydraulic oil seal PG45 × 62 × 12。

5) Hand brake, foot brake to keep dry
|
Hand brake pads to keep dry, can not have oil or moisture to avoid slipping brake pads due to oil, brake failure, can not own the expansion due to moisture, the brake is always in the braking state, the loader can not walk. Hand brake pads to allow the maximum amount of wear to 2.5mm. Brake pad wear foot maximum allowable amount of 10mm。
