Safety production is the premise of work, so must do a good job in the daily inspection and maintenance of the loader.
The machine must be inspected before and after operation every day. To ensure the safety of the operation. The inspection contents are as follows:
1. Check whether the working lights and indicators are damaged, and whether the lines and pipelines of electricity, gas and oil are aged or damaged.
2. Check the dust of the engine air filter to see if it affects the intake effect.
3. Check whether the connecting bolts of the front and rear drive shafts loosen and fall off, and the locking force is 530n.m.
4. Check whether the connecting bolts of each pin shaft are loose.
5. Check whether the tires are damaged and inflated adequately (front wheel: 0.30-0.32mpa, rear wheel: 0.28-0.30mpa). The tyre pressure must be controlled within the prescribed range. Whether the tire bolt is loose, the locking force is 830n. M.
6, check whether there is oil leakage, water leakage, electricity leakage, gas leakage phenomenon.
7, check the water level, transmission oil level, hydraulic oil level, brake oil level.
8. Add grease to each oil nozzle.
9. Check the wear condition of brake pads.
10. Check the wear condition of bucket blade and bucket tooth. When the blade wears 10cm and the bucket tooth wears more than 1/4 of the full length, repair or replace it.
11, dismounting and installation of the battery should distinguish between positive and negative, and firmly tighten the nut, dismounting should first remove the negative (grounding end).
12, avoid metal objects (such as: tools, etc.) and the battery terminal accidental contact, resulting in a short circuit.
13, battery electrolyte contains sulfuric acid, and can produce hydrogen, to avoid cigarette and open fire near the battery. If the sulfuric acid splashes into the skin, eyes should be immediately washed with a lot of water, serious should be treated immediately to the hospital.
14. When the operation is just stopped, the cooling fluid of the engine, the oil in all parts, the exhaust pipe and the muffler are all under high temperature. If disassembling the cover or discharging the oil or replacing the oil filter will cause scald or other injuries, please wait for the temperature to drop before carrying out maintenance and inspection.
